    2023 - Present  

    DIRECTOR OF ENTERTAINMENT - HORRORCON LOS ANGELES @HorrorConLA

    • I wear many interesting hats !  
    • Stage Manager: Stage Manager for HCLA's main stage featuring entertainment stage acts & horror film panels. 
    • Stage Schedule:: Planning and distribution of HCLA's "Run-Of-The-Show Main Stage Schedule". Strict time monitoring of the itinerary to be followed as written, to ensure that panels and stage acts are starting and ending right on time.
    • Audio Visuals Crew: I hire and work closely with our in-house Audio Visuals crew to ensure the following items are all cued up and ready to go::   MC Host introductions, walk in music, logos & trailers, movie clips, fog machine, HorrorCon LA gobo, horror sound effects, etc.
    • Talent Scout: Talent Scout for the HCLA stage and convention floor:  MC Host--Dancers--Magicians--Entrance DJ--Stilt Walkers--creature group KRAMPUS Los Angeles--etc
    • Volunteer Coordinator: I interview, recruit and assign tasks for the Volunteers.
    • Convention Floor:  Research and introduction of creative & fun companies for activities that will entertain the HCLA convention guests. Examples: Children's horror arts & crafts, School Of Rock music school, and 360 Video Photo Booth.
    • Outreach to News Media Outlets & Creative Companies: To increase awareness and promote HCLA's yearly event, I research and contact individuals or companies that align with HCLA's culture and style:   Examples: Heavy Metal Magazine and Spectrum News


    2022-2024 

    EVENT BOOKER - OAKS AT LAKESIDE RESTAURANT, Encino CA  

    • Processed reservations for Large Parties & Corporate Events at this fine dining restaurant in Encino, CA. (up to 500 guests). 
    • Coordinated catering menu options & planned event activities with the clients to ensure their celebratory wishes were met.


    2016 - 2020 

    LIVE AUDIENCE COORDINATOR - AUDIENCES UNLIMITED, Burbank CA [ Closed permanently due to Covid ]

    • Audience Supervisor and Seating Coordinator for VIP Celebrities, Special Groups, and the General Audience for TV sitcom tapings. 
    • Red Carpet Audience Supervision & Coordinator for Award Shows. 
    • TV Shows: The Ranch, Fuller House, Big Bang Theory, The Cool Kids, One Day At A Time, 2 Broke Girls. 
    • Award Shows: 2018 Spirit Awards, 2018 Kids Choice Awards, 2017 & 2018 “After The Oscars” Live with Kelly, 2017 Golden Globes, 2016 American Music Awards.

    Event Production Assistant - Event Eleven, Culver City CA

    • Responsible for management of pull-sheet inventory list which is a record of all items that were rented or custom made for an event.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all items on the pull-sheet inventory are accurately accounted for during delivery and return. 
    • Assisted in the pre-event setup of stage, props, press displays, table settings, etc., and after-event breakdown.


    SKILLS

    • Fluent in the Spanish language. 
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
